Basic Function: Maintains, installs, and repairs plumbing and electrical equipment; performs carpentry, masonry, and painting functions; maintains buildings and grounds, following established guidelines and procedures. Reports to Building and Grounds Supervisor/Superintendent or other designated supervisor.

Minimum qualifications: A minimum of two years’ experience in building and maintenance repair (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience which provides comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.
