HVAC INSTALLER/TECHNICIAN

Phillips Heating and Air Conditioning in Newton Falls, OH was established in 1934 and has proudly been serving the area for 91 years.

As a growing company, we are currently accepting applications for HVAC installers, technicians and sheet metal fabricators.

• Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience.
• Looking for individuals who have experience with forced air heating and cooling systems, boilers, geothermal, heat pumps, mini splits, water tanks, and rooftop units.
  
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: installations, repair and trouble-shooting, ductwork installation and fabrication, as well as preventative maintenance.
• Candidates must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• It is imperative that candidates be punctual and professional.
• Evenings and weekends may be required on an as-needed basis.
• Up to $40/hour based on experience and skill set.
• Paid holidays.
• Health insurance fully paid by employer.
• Paid vacation after probationary period.
• $2500.00-$10,000.00 sign on bonus, based on experience and after satisfactory probationary period.
